This ‘usacha’ Matcha comes from the first flush in Kagoshima, Japan. This pick is vibrant green and deeply Unmami – often referred to ‘Ceremonial’ grade Matcha. The garden that grows this Matcha is in the multi-year transition to an Organic Certification.
