The Acaia Pearl Scale is our go-to scale for weighing espresso doses in the portafilter and general around the shop weighing and measuring. It is the larger of the two Acaia scales we use, and its large platform size (160mm x 160mm) comfortably fits a portafilter or batch brew filter.
The multiple modes also include the option to use a timer while weighing, which makes it a great scale for brewing pour over coffee.
We carry the ‘classic black’ version.
