Vietnam is usually overlooked in high-end tea circles, but Kilogram Buyer Doug Palas tasted a tea almost a decade ago that lead him to believe there are high quality teas coming of of Vietnam. After many years of tasting various teas from Vietnam, he came across this tea from the mountain Phan Xi Pan. It is a complex cup of fruit, malt, and floral flavors without a lingering astringency.
