Panettōn Holiday Blend — from $24
Panettōn is one of our favorite holiday traditions. Every year, we create this sweet blend inspired by the traditional Italian holiday cake panettone. Our blend is thoughtfully sourced and roasted with care. This year, we included some of our favorite coffees from longtime sourcing partners: Limão Rosa, Brazil; Gamatui, Uganda; and San Lorenzo, Guatemala.
Panettōn makes an excellent gift for anyone and everyone. We also love bringing a 2-pound bag to all our holiday gatherings where coffee can be brewed and shared — it’s a true crowd-pleaser!
Raro Nansebo, Ethiopia (Boutique Series) — from $35
For the adventurous coffee lover in your life, it doesn’t get much better than Raro Nansebo. It’s part of our Boutique Series: limited releases that our team selects to showcase what we love most about coffee.
Raro Nansebo comes from our longtime sourcing partner Ture Waji, founder of Sookoo Coffee. Ture’s team travelled to three villages in the Uraga district to collect coffee cherries. Then Sookoo fermented the cherries in sealed barrels for 72 hours — a technique called anaerobic natural processing. The result is a brew with a full, silky body and intense jammy sweetness. This bright, complex, very fruity cup is a demonstration of what we love about coffee from Guji at its very best.
Chemex (6-cup) — $48
The iconic Chemex Coffeemaker has earned its place in generations of kitchens and in the Museum of Modern Art for its ease of use and beautiful design. The design has remained largely unchanged since its debut in 1941. The Chemex brews up to 30 ounces of coffee, then serves as its own beautiful decanter.

AeroPress Original — $46.50
The AeroPress is a unique brewer, incorporating aspects of percolation brewing (drip coffee), immersion brewing (french press), and pressured extraction (espresso). You’ll find endless tweaks and ways to brew — AeroPress users take pride in their brew recipes, often sharing them on social media. There are even competitions to brew the finest coffees.
We love the AeroPress for travel. It’s made from strong, washable, and very durable plastic. The syringe-like construction allows for quick and easy cleanup. And it all fits together snugly when not in use, taking up about as much space as a can of soda — so it’s easy to tuck into an carry-on bag. The package includes a good amount of paper micro-filters to start out with; if you need more, we sell them!

We used the V60 dripper in our cafés for many years to hand brew coffee, and we love their ease of use for beginners and pros alike.

Hands-On Coffee Classes — from $30
Our coffee classes are a fantastic experience to gift. Students learn theory and hands-on, practical coffee skills. Whether you’re a seasoned barista or a total beginner to the coffee world, our experienced instructors tailor the class experience to make sure everyone gets the most out of their time with us.
