Now Hiring: Delivery Driver

We are looking for a full-time Delivery Driver to immediately join our growing team and deliver coffee around the St. Louis metro area every Tuesday through Friday. Please read the job description to see if this role is the right fit for you. If so, you can apply here.

Required Skills & Availability

• Availability to work four 9-hour shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm Tuesday-Friday (delivery day may start as early as 7:00am or last until 6pm).
• At least 25-years-old (due to auto-insurance restrictions)
• Ability to follow direction
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask
• The ability to lift up to 60lbs in order to load and unload delivery van
• Ability and comfort communicating verbally and via text apps with coworkers and customers
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable and confident driving and delivering from a large delivery van
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Confidence and precision using electronic forms and spreadsheets
• High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Comfort working with and taking direction from team members of any sex, gender, race, age, or religious creed
• Ability to navigate while driving using Google Maps or similar navigational app on a provided smart form
• Follow the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading vehicle
• Meeting delivery deadlines in timely manor
• Obtain client or customer signature when needed
• Handle and deliver check payments and company paperwork securely and carefully

• Efficiency and accuracy with detail-oriented work
• Able to work in fast-paced and occasional hectic work days
• Comfort and strength with arithmetic
• Ability to focus on tasks at hand, not easily distracted
• Professional delivery driving experience
• General coffee knowledge is helpful
• Ability to maintain inventory of multiple items simultaneously
• Composure and ability to multitask in fast-paced work environment
