This white tea from Fuijan, China has floral and melon notes. Soft, sweet, and a touch earthy.

This tea is good for multiple infusions. We use 6g of tea and do 2-3 infusions with 200mL of water for each infusion. Steep each infusion for 2-3 minutes using water that is 175F.
