Britton has been a dedicated member of the Blueprint team for quite some time. He currently serves as shift lead at Blueprint Coffee Watson and has grown into an integral part of the team.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AT THE CAFÉ, AND WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE PART OF THE JOB?
I am currently a team lead over at the Watson Cafe. I think my favorite part of the job is being able to hang out and joke around with my regulars.
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN THE COFFEE INDUSTRY?
I lost my job working for a mortgage company and I wanted to do something with my hands. Blueprint seemed like the perfect spot.

I love to cook and build motorcycles.
ANY FUN FACTS YOU'D LIKE TO SHARE ABOUT YOURSELF?
I’ve built more than 10 motorcycles. I also drive a big brown camper van with a Snoopy mural I painted on the side!
