The Baratza Encore ESP grinder enables the home espresso lover the ability to grind coffee fresh for each shot. This grinder leans on the construction and style of Baratza’s Encore grinder. In addition, it features a finer level of control on grind setting, which is crucial for dialing in great shots. The grinder doses into an included dosing cup. The cup can be used to transfer grounds into a 54 or 58mm portafilter basket with little mess.

Blueprint currently only offers the Baratza Encore ESP grinder in black. It sits at 13cm wide by 15cm deep by 34cm tall. It features 54mm steel conical burrs. The hopper holds approximately 300 grams of coffee beans. Depending on grind size, the grinder produces 1.3-2.2 grams of ground coffee per second.
