Responsibilities:
- Assist with overall production, fulfillment, and delivery of wholesale, retail, and online orders
- Daily work includes, but not limited to: stickering and labeling bags, bagging roasted coffee, maintaining inventory of production supplies, keeping the space clean and organized, scooping green coffee to desired batch sizes, local coffee deliveries, shipping and receiving orders
Required Skills & Availability
- Availability to work five 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday-Saturday
- Ability to follow direction
- Detail oriented with ability to multitask
- This job will be fairly physically demanding, requiring the ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours, the ability to lift up to 60lbs. solo, or co-lift 150lbs.
- Comfort climbing ladders to retrieve merchandise from shelves 4-10ft off the ground
- Comfort conducting light maintenance and cleaning that may involve being on the roof
- Ability and comfort communicating verbally
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
- Comfort working with and taking direction from team members of any sex, gender, race, age, or religious creed
- Ability to navigate while driving using Google Maps or similar navigational app (on your own smart phone)

- Efficiency and accuracy with detail-oriented work
- Able to work in fast-paced and occasional hectic work days
- Comfort and strength with arithmetic
- Ability to focus on tasks at hand, not easily distracted
- General coffee knowledge is helpful
- Ability to maintain inventory of multiple items simultaneously
- Composure and ability to multitask in fast-paced work environments
