Blueprint Coffee seeks candidates for a new position at our HQ on 39th starting in June 2025. The ideal candidate aims to enter the specialty coffee workforce on the roasting and production side of the industry and exhibits strong organizational and service skills. The majority of time in this job will be spent leading customer service and business administration efforts out of our HQ location. At times, it will also include assisting the production team with fulfillment and delivery during peak seasons or while team members are out on leave or vacation.
Responsibilities:

- works 8am-4pm every Monday thru Friday
- main contact // customer service person at our HQ facility, which includes
- answering inbound phone calls
- greeting guests and customers that visit for trainings or meetings
- helping customers with pick-up/will call orders
- responding or forwarding email inquiries
- daily order invoicing, which includes
- compiling orders from website, email, phone, and/or text message into central accounting and invoicing software
- calling and/or texting wholesale partners with order reminders
- adjusting subscription orders when needed to match production schedule
- daily accounts receivable maintenance and data entry, which includes:
- reconciling daily sales revenues from our coffee bars into our accounting software
- receiving website and credit card payments from our processors into our accounting software
- recording check payments and preparing them for deposit
- communicating with customers about any missing payments
- reconciling commissary invoices into our accounting software
- Helps keep office and training area clean along with rest of customer service and education team members
- Weekly attendance of service team and sales + marketing team meetings
- occasional help with delivery route, order prep, and order fulfillment when other team members are out sick or on vacation
Requirements:
- Punctuality

- Comfort taking inbound phone calls and making outbound phone calls to customers

- Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities with respect to timeliness and importance

- Strong understanding of arithmetic and money management, such as managing a ledger and differentiating types of payments, fees, and credits
- Ability to spend large portions of the day on a computer
- Ability to handle payment information and specifics in a confidential manner
- Age 25 or older due to auto insurance policy
- Valid Driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to use Google Maps or similar software to navigate a delivery route
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the day
- Ability to team lift packages of 100-150 pounds 1-3 times per week
- Comfort driving a cargo van
- Tolerance of changes in temperature throughout work day

- Director of Wholesale (customer service and order entry tasks)
- Production Manager (order prep // fulfillment assistance)
