It is time to party

We hope you’ll join us to celebrate our grand opening and new releases this Saturday, December 7 at our home base (6225 Delmar). Our festivities run from 7p-10p. Please stop by the shop and grab an invitation before they run out.

The night will be made up of many fun events that will showcase our space and our three new coffees: Inza, Karimukui AA Top, and Aramo Grade 1.

From 7p-8p we will feature cocktails made from each of the coffees. Get there early so you don’t miss these beauties.

From 8p-10p, we will host a latte art competition. All are welcome to enter. We are upping the ante with a $10 entrance fee, but that means a big cash prize for the winner. All pours will go into a 5oz cappuccino cup with one shot of espresso. The pours will be judged by Aaron Stovall from Mudhouse, Mark Attwood from Comet Coffee, and Mike Marquard from Blueprint.

Throughout the night, Andrew Timko will be roasting celebratory batches of each new coffee. These roasts will be available for purchase in a special edition bag at 30% off the normal price.

Our brew bar will also be active all night with samples of each of the new coffees.

Joe Winstein-Hibbs will be tickling the electric ivories and Mikey Dubs will be spinning records.

Snacks and refreshments will also be available. Terry Reddy will be cooking up some delicious small bites in the Blueprint Kitchen. Our friends at 2nd Shift, Boulevard, and Perennial will be providing some fizzy beverages to sip.

We need to give a special thanks to Karl Eggers at Efeqdev for designing our party’s poster and look. Also, thanks to David Dresner at Sleeve a Message for printing our special-edition coffee bags for the event.
