This hands-on, palate-intensive course guides the attendee through the coffee cupping process. This method used by coffee professionals around the world allows for multiple coffees to be tasted at the same time, creating rich and contrasting taste experiences. For many coffee lovers, the first cupping is a turning point from casual enthusiast to obsessed fanatic.

In the one-hour course, attendees will taste 3-4 unique coffees and be guided through the four stages of cupping. Following the cupping will be a short debrief in your small group to contrast and compare experiences with each coffee. Attendees will additionally leave with a bag of coffee of their choice.
