Beyond The Basics: Washed Coffees

Join Brandon Likins, Blueprint’s Director of Quality and Education, for a 90-minute class exploring how terroir (regionality, variety, elevation, and process) influences the flavor characteristics of a coffee. This edition of the class will target washed processing and its many iterations and effects on coffee flavor. Brandon will also lead you through the process of tasting that parallels the industry standard of “coffee cupping” to help you taste and describe the nuanced flavors present in coffee. Ticket prices also include a complimentary 12oz bag of one of our washed coffees that will be tasted at the event:
