Hand-brew training – Wholesale Partners Only

Hand Brewing (1.5-2 hrs)
This practical and hands-on training teaches attendees how to brew drip coffee using a manual (“pour-over”) device in communion with a commercial burr grinder. It gives an introduction to how the equipment works. Then, attendees will be introduced to brew recipes and proper preparation of coffee. Attendees will have opportunities to brew cups of coffee on the brewing devices used at their establishment with the help and advice of the trainer. A basic discussion of strength and extraction will be introduced along with how Blueprint will use them in regular QC visits. Lastly, the group will discuss troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintenance of the equipment.
Required for: all baristas, staff, or servers preparing Blueprint Coffee using a manual brewing device.
